CAPITAL CIRCLE NW/SW PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING
Tallahassee – Blueprint 2000, a joint organization of Leon County and the City of Tallahassee will hold a Public Information Meeting regarding the proposed design of Capital Circle Northwest/Southwest. The project limits for this project extend from south of Orange Avenue (SR 371) to south of Tennessee Street (US 90/SR 10). The meeting will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2007 at Tallahassee Community College in the Student Union Ballroom.
The meeting will be held from 6:00 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. This meeting will allow citizens an opportunity to review the proposed design, ask questions about the following topics and submit comments about the upcoming improvement project.
Right-of-Way Acquisition
Erosion Control
Plans Processing
Access Management
Ponds & Mitigation Sites
Opportunity for Public Comment
This project consists of widening the existing two-lane undivided rural road to a six-lane divided urban facility. The 2.9 mile project will include curb and gutter, sidewalks, bicycle lanes, significant stormwater improvements, as well as landscaped medians and borders.

Expanded Project Development and Environment (EPD&E) Study
Public Hearing To Be Held On Thursday, April 4, 2006
The Blueprint 2000 & Beyond Intergovernmental Agency has scheduled a Public Hearing for the Capital Circle Northwest/Southwest (SR263) from Orange Avenue (SR371) to Tennessee Street (SR10/US90) EPD&E Study.
The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 4, 2006 in the Student Union Building at Tallahassee Community College. The hearing will be conducted from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. A presentation regarding the proposed improvements will begin at 6:30 PM. Public Testimony will be conducted from 7:00 – 8:00 PM.
The purpose of this Public Hearing is to present the design concepts which have been developed for the widening of Capital Circle NW/SW. All interested persons are invited and encouraged to attend.

Dear Resident, Property Owner, Business Owner or Interested Citizen:
The Blueprint 2000 & Beyond Intergovernmental Agency has scheduled a Public Open House on Thursday, November 10, 2005. This open house will provide the public with an opportunity to review and comment on the revised concepts that have been developed for Blountstown Highway (SR 20) and the proposed locations for the project’s stormwater ponds.
The format of the meeting will be an informal open house; there will not be a presentation. You are welcome to attend at any time between the hours of 4:00 and 7:00 p.m., to review the display materials, provide input, and discuss the project with us.

A Public Information Meeting will be held on Thursday, June 30, 2005, in the Student Union at Tallahassee Community College. The meeting is from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., with a presentation at 6:30 p.m. and an opportunity for public comment to follow.

Blueprint is committed to including local ideas, concerns, and viewpoints
in the Expanded PD&E decision-making process. The composition of the
project advisory group was developed to provide a balanced mixture of
property owners, business owners, education representatives,
environmental advocates, and local government. The Capital Circle
NW/SW “Project Advisory Group,” (PAG) as it will be called, will consist of
approximately 12 members and will function as a liaison between the local
community and the Capital Circle Northwest/Southwest project staff. They will meet approximately every other month over the 24-month duration of the study. Interested citizens are invited to attend.
